2yaku.net Registration System

Outline

2yaku.net is a database site devoted to connecting bilingual people worldwide with those people and companies requiring their skills and services. The process is simple!

1. Get a password and Log-in
2. Select your language(s) and region, then register on the database
3. Receive e-mail directly from clients requesting your services
4. Begin direct contact between you and the client

Database Categories

The database consists of the following 6 categories only, so there are no concerns of names, E-mail addresses and other personal information appearing.

1. Language(s) interpretable (two languages)
2. Area of residence
3. Work History (Especially work experience you want to use as PR)
4. Fields of Speciality
5. Year of Birth
6. Desired hourly rate of pay

This database system is completely secure ensuring that no personal information is leaked out.

Multiple Registration

2yaku.net makes multiple registration possible in the following instances:

1. For people who can speak 3 or more languages (more than one set of language combination).
2. For people who use more regions other than their present address, e.g. their hometown or country, as a work base.
3. For those people wanting to register on the 2yaku.net Japanese and/or Chinese homepages in addition to the English homepage.

Conditions of Registration

Those people wanting to register on the 2yaku.net database must meet the following three conditions:

1. Be able to use two or more languages fluently

2. Have an e-mail address
   (please note that @hotmail.com and @yahoo.com accounts are not acceptable)

3. Be able to adhere to the rules of registration

Registration Procedures

1. First, after reading the 'Rules of Registration' fill in your name and address on the 'Get a Password' page and send.
2. You will receive an e-mail titled '2yaku.net password' from 2yaku.net with your password included.
3. Enter your password on the Onscreen Log-in page
4. Fill in the necessary information and send.

   This completes your registration!

Amendments to Registered Information

If you would like to rewrite the information already registered, you can do so by entering your 'Interpreter ID' and 'Interpreter Password' on the Information Amendment Log-in page.

Your 'Interpreter ID' and 'Interpreter Password' are included in the e-mail entitled '2yaku.net Register/Change' that was sent to you after registering.

2yaku.net Rules of Registration (Established by 2yaku.net as of August 25, 2000)

1. Interpreters (herein referred to as 'interpreters') who register on the 2yaku.net database (herein referred to as 'database') may only conduct registration on 2yaku.net after having agreed to the entire contents of each article in the 2yaku.net Rules of Registration (herein referred to as 'registration rules').
2. Regarding registration, 2yaku.net does not collect nor demand any form of remuneration from interpreters.
3. 2yaku.net is not a service which introduces or acts as a go-between for interpreters. In turn, interpreters can not demand 2yaku.net to introduce or act as a go-between either.
4. Interpreters who try to register with 2yaku.net must possess the appropriate of proficiency in the languages they are registering to work in.
5. Interpreters are fully responsible for any data regarding themselves, and the person who is registering as an interpreter must register their own details.
6. 2yaku.net does not bear any responsibility for the authenticity of the data registered by the interpreter.
7. Registered interpreters must amend any changes to their data as promptly as possible.
8. 2yaku.net, under the responsibility of the database manager, can and will delete any registration found to contain false information.
9. 2yaku.net takes no responsibility concerning any problems arising from interpreters and people (herein referred to as 'clients') searching the 2yaku.net Database that have established some kind of relationship through 2yaku.net.
10. 2yaku.net will not be intervene in any negotiations regarding remuneration that is conducted between the interpreter and client.
11. 2yaku.net and registered interpreters do not transfer nor rent the passwords issued by 2yaku.net.
12. These rules are deemed valid as of August 25, 2000.

    Supplementary Provision: Amendments made to these will only be made with 2yaku.net determines them necessary.
